C. Kavin Rowe is Assistant Professor of New Testament at Duke University Divinity School. His first monograph, entitled Early Narrative Christology:The Lord in the Gospel of Luke, was recently published by Walter de Gruyter in the BZNW series. His next book will focus on some of the theological implications of the intersection between the Acts of the Apostles and ancient culture. In addition to these larger projects, Rowe has published articles that deal with a variety of topics such as the Roman Imperial cult, Pauline interpretation, Graeco-Roman iconography, reception history of the NT, and the relationship between biblical studies and systematic theology.
