Mark A. Chancey, an assistant professor in the Department of Religious Studies at Southern Methodist University, has called attention to the Texas Freedom Network, an ecumenical religious liberty advocate and a watchdog group, that is available at www.tfn.org. This group has documented what it terms the "strong Protestant fundamentalist slant" and "numerous factual errors" in a curriculum that has been proposed by the National Council on Bible Curriculum in Public Schools, which is available at www.bibleinschools.net.
