Disputes with credit card charges from SBL?
Do you think your credit card has been charged the wrong amount? If so, please call SBL before contacting your credit card company. If you dispute a charge with your credit card company, it takes your time and SBL staff time to resolve the issue. In addition, SBL will be charged a $35 fee for the dispute. Please call SBL if you have a dispute before you call the credit card issuer. Or email pam.kennemore@sbl-site.org and we will make sure your problem is resolved. Thank you.
