  • The Stoa: A Consortium for Electronic Publication in the Humanities

  • The German Bible Society has made the texts of BHS (Hebrew Bible), NA27 (Greek New Testament), the Rahlfs-Hanhart Septuagint, and the Latin Vulgate freely available online (site is completely in German).
  • Beautiful presentation of the The Great Isaiah Scroll from the Dead Sea Scrolls collection of The Israel Museum in Jerusalem (high-bandwidth Internet connection required).

  • The Biblical Manuscripts Project
    Making high quality images and transcriptions of important Bible manuscripts and early printed editions freely available through the Internet. Development is conducted by biblical scholars at the Religion and Technology Center. Funding for the project is provided by grants and tax-deductible donations from our patrons. SBL is a patron of the Biblical Manuscripts Project.
  • The SWORD Project
    The CrossWire Bible Society's free Bible software project. Its purpose is to create cross-platform open-source tools-- covered by the GNU General Public License-- that allow programmers and Bible societies to write new Bible software more quickly and easily. We also create Bible study software for all readers, students, scholars, and translators of the Bible, and have a growing collection of over 200 texts in over 50 languages.
  • Biblica
    Since 1920,Biblica has been one of the leading journals for scholarship.

    Digital reproduction of the Gutenberg Bible.
